I am the Teen Parent Program Coordinator. I have been a lifelong resident of Davidson County, graduating from Ledford High School and raising my 4 sons in the Ledford community. I went to UNC-Greensboro to receive my BS in Interior Design and Teaching Credentials in Family & Consumer Sciences. My teaching career began over 26 years ago as a Family & Consumer Science teacher at East Davidson High School before accepting this new position.
It is exciting to be in the Teen Parenting program and I am looking forward to helping young pregnant teens in Davidson County. By enrolling in this program, I can help with giving support and education for success!
My Schedule:
1st Period: Child Development Class
2nd Period: Advanced Family & Consumer Class
3rd/4th Period: Planning/Homebound Visits
